But, fruits are perishable, so sometime things may go wrong. But we have you covered.

We try to ensure the products reach you fresh but in any case, if you receive them spoiled, you can always claim a replacement or refund through our email or WhatsApp number.

Please include clear pictures along with your replacement request. Pictures of damaged/spoiled weight help us improve our service and ensure that our delivery partners handle your consignment with care.

You don’t have to return the box.

A replacement order will be processed within 3 working days.

The replacement product will be subject to availability at that time.

In case you do not want a replacement we will refund your payment through bank transfer.
